This towel's incredible absorbency and quick drying of dreadlocks makes wash or swim day a pleasure rather than a chore! We've designed this turban using high quality microfiber fabric which has a GSM of 550. GSM is a measurement of quality and absorbency and 550 is a stand out compared to most other turbans on the market which sit around 300GSM. Our microfiber is soft, fluffy, light weight, incredibly absorbent with the ability to absorb 10 times its weight and it's quick drying. At 90cm / 35" in length, it's also the longest microfiber turban on the market making it perfect for both shorter and very long, heavy dreadlocks, braids and very long hair.
Directions for use:
1. Wash turban before use to remove any excess fibers left over from manufacturing. This is a lint free fabric once washed.
2. After shampooing or swimming, pop the turban on, capture your dreadlocks in the length of the turban and twist then secure the elastic around the button. The button can be positioned either on the front or the back of your head if you prefer to lean over when popping it on. If you have excess length, simply twist more to take up the slack before securing it in place.
3. Wear your turban for as long as desired and after removing it, allow your dreadlocks to completely dry before tying them back. The final dry will be much quicker and easier after wearing the turban.

All orders are dispatched within 24hrs of receiving payment, Monday through Friday via Australia Post.

Regular Post ($6.95 flat rate for any size order).
Express Post ($10.95 flat rate for any size order).
International
The shopping cart will automatically work out your shipping costs based on the weight of your order and advise you before payment is required.
New Zealand orders on average take 7-12 working days.
For all other countries, please allow approximately 10-15 working days.
Customs processing and clearance in your country may impact this timeframe by a few days.
Returns Policy - (Damaged Items / Change of Mind)
We accept returns when they are arranged within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please email contact@dreadlocks.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, please ensure it it is sent back within 7 days of acceptance.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for 'Change of Mind' are the responsibility of the customer
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Redelivery - (Incorrect Address / Non-Collection / Lost)
In the event we have been given an incorrect mailing address or the package is not collected, we are happy to resend your order to another address if/when it is returned to us. A redelivery fee will apply which will be the actual shipping cost, no admin restocking fees will be charged.
Lost in Transit
Occasionally, delays may occur. If your parcel has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, we can escalate the matter with Australia Post for investigation. Depending on the outcome, we will either resend your order or issue a refund.Â
