This luxurious blend of Grapeseed, Jojoba and Neem oil along with premium grade Lemon Myrtle, Tea Tree, Rosemary and Peppermint essential oils are all renowned for their ability to bring relief to dry, itchy and irritated scalps and aid in the treatment of dandruff and some types of dermatitis.
Botanical Serum is rich in fatty acids, Vitamin A, D & E and possess`s strong antibacterial and antifungal properties. It will not clog pores, it balances sebum production and is readily absorbed by skin and hair so it can also be applied to hair, face and body. It is suitable to use on all skin types.
Jojoba, Neem, Tea Tree and Lemon Myrtle have often been attributed to reducing break outs in problematic skin due to their ability to inhibit bacterial growth and balance sebum production.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Scalp: Massage a small amount of serum into the scalp. How regularly it needs to be applied is dependent on your skin and hair type. It can be applied as often as desired and if too much is applied, it can be removed through shampooing. Additionally, itchy scalp and dandruff can also occur as a result of not shampooing regularly enough. It is a misconception that you should stop or scale back shampooing once you have dreads. True dandruff is thought to occur as a result of sensitivity to a yeast called Malassezia Furfur that naturally exists on the scalp. This sensitivity can lead to the growth of extra skin cells that collect and flake off. Since Malassezia feed off the sebum produced by the sebaceous glands of the scalp, regular shampooing with Dread Empire`s Anti Dandruff Shampoo and using Botanical Oil`s anti fungal powers will assist in controlling the population of Malassezia whilst removing the debris and flakes.
Dreadlocks: Botanical Serum will rehydrate hair to improve strength and elasticity and soften dreadlocks. Palm roll a small amount of serum into dreadlocks and leave in. It can also be used as a pre shampoo treatment to soften dreadlocks by palm rolling a larger amount of oil into dreadlocks and then follow with a shampoo 2-3 hours later. In the event too much is applied, it can be removed through shampooing. It is best suited to those whose dreadlocks are mature and not prone to knots slipping out.
Face: Massage a pea size amount of serum into the face and décolletage each night.
Body: Masssage serum into body as often as desired.

We accept returns when they are arranged within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Arrange a Return
Please email contact@dreadlocks.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, please ensure it it is sent back within 7 days of acceptance.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for 'Change of Mind' are the responsibility of the customer
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Redelivery - (Incorrect Address / Non-Collection / Lost)
In the event we have been given an incorrect mailing address or the package is not collected, we are happy to resend your order to another address if/when it is returned to us. A redelivery fee will apply which will be the actual shipping cost, no admin restocking fees will be charged.
Lost in Transit
Occasionally, delays may occur. If your parcel has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, we can escalate the matter with Australia Post for investigation. Depending on the outcome, we will either resend your order or issue a refund.
