Vitality harnesses the power of Watermelon Seed, Apricot Kernel, Grapeseed, Pumpkin Seed, Jojoba, and Rosehip oils. This blend is rich in Omega 6 and 9, Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, Magnesium, Zinc, and Vitamins E, A, and C. It is a light, readily absorbed oil, making it perfect for softening and improving the condition of your dreadlocks and rehydrating a dry, irritated scalp.
But it doesn't stop there! We have intentionally omitted fragrances and essential oils to create an incredibly versatile and gentle product. Vitality can also be used as an excellent face moisturizer, oil facial cleanser, makeup remover, toe and fingernail conditioner, and all-over body moisturizer.
Directions for use (dreadlocks): Place a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand and rub palms together. Apply to your dreadlocks by palm rolling, concentrating on the areas that are particularly dry and damaged which will likely be towards the ends. Starting with a small amount will allow you to work your way up, using more if necessary based on the condition of your hair. It can be left in or used as a pre shampoo treatment. In the event too much has been applied and your dreadlocks are feeling oily, it can be washed out with a residue free shampoo.
Directions for use (face & body moisturiser): Apply a few drops to your face and massage in. If using prior to applying make up, do so at least 20 minutes prior to allow it to be absorbed.
Directions for use (oil based cleanser & make up remover): Place a few drops of Vitality Oil on your face and near the eye. Massage in gently over make up and then wipe away. The mini microfiber towel is the perfect tool to wipe the oil and make up away.
Optional mini microfiber towel: Measures 15cm x 15cm, it is lovely and soft and at 350gsm, it is of excellent quality and absorbency.

The shopping cart will automatically work out your shipping costs based on the weight of your order and advise you before payment is required.
New Zealand orders on average take 7-12 working days.
For all other countries, please allow approximately 10-15 working days.
Customs processing and clearance in your country may impact this timeframe by a few days.
Returns Policy - (Damaged Items / Change of Mind)
We accept returns when they are arranged within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unaltered
- Returns must be approved before being sent back
How to Arrange a Return
Please email contact@dreadlocks.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, please ensure it it is sent back within 7 days of acceptance.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for 'Change of Mind' are the responsibility of the customer
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Redelivery - (Incorrect Address / Non-Collection / Lost)
In the event we have been given an incorrect mailing address or the package is not collected, we are happy to resend your order to another address if/when it is returned to us. A redelivery fee will apply which will be the actual shipping cost, no admin restocking fees will be charged.
Lost in Transit
Occasionally, delays may occur. If your parcel has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, we can escalate the matter with Australia Post for investigation. Depending on the outcome, we will either resend your order or issue a refund.Ā
