Quench is a range of replenishing and revitalising oils for dreadlocks and can also be applied to the scalp.

ENERGISE: Peppermint and Lavender - such a refreshing combo! It’s hard not to feel energised with the zingy uplifting aroma of Peppermint. The more subtle floral notes of Lavender provides balance and together they can sooth irritated scalps and skin.
PEACE: Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Patchouli. The delicious floral notes of this combo calms the mind, body and soul. Lavender is also known for its calming and soothing effect on dry irritated skin.
FOREST: Cedarwood, Rosemary & Juniper Berry. Forest is the more subtle of the flavours and has a fresh earthy aroma. This blend of essential oils promotes hair growth and has antibacterial qualities.
SUITABLE FOR: It is best suited for dreadlocks where knots are not prone to slipping out and they are well on their way to maturity. Those with dry, brittle, damaged hair or scratchy irritating dreadlocks will benefit from the Quench oil range. If being used as an all over body moisturiser, it is suitable for all skin types.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: **Only a very small amount is needed!! Place a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand and rub palms together. Apply to your dreadlocks by palm rolling, concentrating on the areas that are particularly dry and damaged which will likely be towards the ends. Starting with a small amount will allow you to work your way up, using more if necessary based on the condition of your hair. It can be left in or used as a pre shampoo treatment. In the event too much has been applied and your dreadlocks are feeling oily, it can be washed out with a residue free shampoo.

New Zealand orders on average take 7-12 working days.

Returns Policy - (Damaged Items / Change of Mind)
We accept returns when they are arranged within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unaltered
- Returns must be approved before being sent back
How to Arrange a Return
Please email contact@dreadlocks.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, please ensure it it is sent back within 7 days of acceptance.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for 'Change of Mind' are the responsibility of the customer
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Redelivery - (Incorrect Address / Non-Collection / Lost)
In the event we have been given an incorrect mailing address or the package is not collected, we are happy to resend your order to another address if/when it is returned to us. A redelivery fee will apply which will be the actual shipping cost, no admin restocking fees will be charged.
Lost in Transit
Occasionally, delays may occur. If your parcel has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, we can escalate the matter with Australia Post for investigation. Depending on the outcome, we will either resend your order or issue a refund.
